Techdays
For continuous further training, every consultant attends a "Techday" up to twice a month, at which our employees — as well as external speakers — give talks and workshops on technical and methodological topics.
What happens on a Techday?
- Talks and workshops on technical and methodological topics
- Knowledge exchange between colleagues across projects
- Structured training program "Mastering Software Development" with 100+ events per year
- Up to 10% of working time can be invested in further training
